Guinevere Had Green Eyes & KC Renfest news from Jasmine Becket-Griffith

"Guinevere Had Green Eyes"

16x20" Original Acrylic Painting on Board - $4700 SOLD

11"x14" Hand Embellished Limited Edition Canvas Prints are $125 HERE

A piece I created for the Dragon*Con 2013 Art Show!  The title is inspired by the Crosby, Stills & Nash song of the same name (love them).  I wanted this painting to have a Pre-Raphaelite look and I included some William Morris fabric patterns (with the "orange tree" mentioned in the song).  This is of course Queen Guinevere of Arthurian legend, braiding her golden hair, and in my interpretation here she does indeed have green eyes.  I love this painting.  The original has sold, but I have prints, Lt. Ed. Canvases & posters available HERE.

Prints SIGNED by me on the back are up at our StrangelingEmporium eBay store here (and on SALE this week!):

8"x10" prints $9.99 - CLICK HERE & 12"x16" prints $19.99 - CLICK HERE

She is also available in my Etsy shop as prints (also signed on the back by me!):

And the Limited Edition Hand Embellished Canvases are in my Strangeling eBay store (or contact me directly at JasmineToad@aol.com - they are 11"x14", hand embellished by me in acrylic paints, are $125 and are numbered out of an edition of 25) here:

Jasmine is attending the KC Renfest!

This weekend:  September 7th & 8th, as well as Sept. 14 & 15th, and October 5 & 6th!

The Jasmine Becket-Griffith Art Gallery is booth #251

Yes, I'll be there in person for these three weekends at the Kansas City Renaissance Festival!  Definitely stop by to say hi - get autographs, see new prints as they debut, chat about art, and enjoy the KC Renfest!

Details can be found on my Facebook Event Page HERE

or about the Festival in general at http://www.kcrenfest.com

Our house is shown above - a two story half-timbered Tudor style house with the Jasmine Becket-Griffith logo above the door, and Jasmine art out in the front yard.  The booth number is #251 on Westover Way (previously this was Nene Thomas' house, so if you have been to the Festival before you will find it!).   I will be there all day, every day in person the days posted below, and on all other weekends my sister Amber & her husband Chris (you know them as Strangeling Emporium) will be running the shop in my stead, so whenever you come to the Festival we will be open!

Jasmine will attend in person:
September 7th & 8th
September 14 & 15th
and October 5 & 6th
