PARTY at Pop Gallery, New Original Dragonling, LAST Ophelia Canvas!

Hi Everybody!

Three exciting items of news today! Firstly - we're hosting PARTY at Pop Gallery at Downtown Disney on April 17th - and you're invited! Secondly - a NEW BIG ORIGINAL "Dark Dragonling" painting is up on eBay! And thirdly - eek - the LAST EVER "Portrait of Ophelia" Limited Edition Canvas is now up for auction - #25/25 she is now completely sold out elsewhere, and I won't make any more. Be sure to scroll down to the bottom of this update to see everything!

"Dark Dragonling" Original Painting up for Auction NOW

20"x16" Original Acrylic Painting on Masonite Panel

"Dark Dragonling" is the title - featuring one of my ever-popular Dragonling characters, but with a decidedly darker feel. There is an aura of power about this lovely creature as she clutches her magical orb - lightning storming behind her! Behind her are two baby dragonlings - looking a bit feisty! Many of you know my Dragonlings from my various lines of collectibles, statues, jewelry, ornaments, etc. with the Bradford Exchange & Hamilton Collection. (And if you don't - go check them out!). My own original acrylic painting. You can see the new painting with all the lovely detail photos below. This is the ORIGINAL ACRYLIC PAINTING and it measures 20"x16" on 2" deep cradled masonite - sides painted black - ready-to-hang! Bidding starts at ONE PENNY for this framed original painting - she is up for a 10 day auction ending at Saturday, March 24th at 9:41 PM Central Time here:

Prefer a print? I have prints of her up on Zazzle right now in all sizes - from very small, to HUGE, in all price ranges.

NOW SOLD OUT - "Portrait of Ophelia" - But the #25 Last Lt. Ed. Canvas is up for Auction!

She's all gone! Now sold out online everywhere else, this is the last Limited Edition Hand Embellished "Portrait of Ophelia" Canvas Print. I will not make any more. This is the #25 of the 25 ever made. Hand embellished by me in acrylic paints, she measures about 11"x14" and we are happy to wrap the canvas on stretcher boards and add a hanger on the back upon request (free of charge, of course!). The auction is on eBay and starts at just a penny to give everybody a last chance at one of my most beautiful paintings, the listing ends on Saturday, March 24th at 6:00PM Central Time and you can see her here:

LAST Portrait of Ophelia Limited Edition Canvas #25 is HERE

Ophelia is not the only Lt. Ed. Canvas almost ready to be sold out either! That's what Limited Edition means - only a limited number of these hand embellished canvases (25) will ever be made, and once they are gone - they are gone. The two next canvases that will sell out are "Sea Storm" and "Snow White and Her Animal Friends" - both are sold out on my website but ONE of each are left - the #24/25s are on eBay still. After these last single canvases get snapped up, the #25s for both Sea Storm and Snow White and her Animal Friends will be up for auction and SOLD OUT as well. So - if you'd like to snag the last regularly-priced canvases (sometimes the #25s end up going for quite a bit more!) - the links are below:

"Sea Storm" #24 Canvas (almost sold out) is HERE

"Snow White and her Animal Friends" #24 Canvas (almost sold out) is HERE

Worried that your favourite will sell out soon? So far this year has been a tremendous year for Lt. Ed. Canvases and they have been selling quicker than ever. You can order just about all of the Lt. Ed. Canvases up on my website Strangeling.com - just browse through the Gallery pages and click on the thumbnails of the different pictures for details! We can now wrap ALL of our canvases on boards & add hangers upon request, free of charge.

PARTY AT POP GALLERY - At Downtown Disney's West Side - April 17th

You are invited to Jasmine's party at Pop Gallery Orlando - to celebrate the release of the USA Edition of the Oracle of Shadows & Light

All of the details can be found: At the Official Event Page - CLICK HERE

WHEN: Tuesday, April 17th from 7:00pm-9:00pm

WHERE: At Pop Gallery Orlando at Downtown Disney West Side® at the Walt Disney World Resort (1504 E. Buena Vista Drive, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830)

WHO:EVERYBODY is invited! Children are welcome! Parking, admission, etc. is FREE. No tickets neeed. FREE CHAMPAGNE for grownups! Jasmine (and Matt) will be there from 7:00pm-9:00pm

WHAT: It's a party! Not technically an art show per se (although there will be a ton of Jasmine's art as usual at the gallery!) - but rather a casual get-together - Artist Signing (feel free to bring stuff from home if you already have prints, statues, whatever you want signed), photo ops, chat with Jasmine - come say hi! Meet us, meet the gallery folks, have fun looking at art and checking out the new US Edition of the Oracle of Shadows & Light. FREE giveaway postcard prints (nobody goes home empty handed!). Special merchandise featuring "Dress of Storms" (the new cover image for the USA Edition) will be available as well as exclusive signed prints, and my usual array of Open & Limited Edition Canvas prints and other artwork of mine usually found at the gallery (including dogtags, DecalGirl gadget skins, and other fun stuff).

WHY: April 17th is the official release date for the launch of the USA Edition of "The Oracle of Shadows & Light." (We'll make sure to have one opened up so you can look through it - it's awesome!). Simon & Schuster / Beyond Words / Simon Pulse are the new US publishers and they've done a great job. This is technically the same deck as you may have seen before (which was actually originally an Australian publication) but there are many significant changes in the US Edition - different cover art, longer book - even a few new cards! A definite MUST for collectors, and suitable for ALL AGES. This is also just a fun celebration to come check out the gallery & say hi, have a drink. Great date night idea (next door to the movie theatres, and all the fun at Downtown Disney & Disney World).
