New Celtic & Wizard of Oz - Tin Girl - Faces of Faery ORIGINALS, Storm Rider, & Ceramic Tile Sconces [Sep. 28th, 2009|08:57 pm]
Jasmine Becket-Griffith
Hi everyone!

I have TWO NEW ORIGINAL paintings for you and both start at just ONE PENNY on eBay! One has a Celtic theme and the other features my "Tin Girl" from my Wizard of Oz series - they are #37 and #38 in my "Faces of Faery" series. In addition I have TWO brand new Ceramic Tile Candle Sconces in wrought iron featuring my paintings "Bleak Mourning" and "Ghost of the Pumpkin Patch" (both also starting at a penny.)

Also - quick head's up - my "Storm Rider" motorcycle figurine (and series!) from the Hamilton Collection is now available online! I got mine in the mail myself and posted a photo of the statue herself here - and the new online ordering info (for both Storm Rider and for the whole collection!) up on my site here:

NEW "Storm Rider" and entire "Fairy Riders" Collection now for sale ONLINE - just CLICK HERE for more info

Okay! The new original paintings....to see ALL of my currently available original paintings, including the new ones click below:

ALL The Originals

Or individually - first here is "Faces of Faery 37" - This is the 37th in the series. Ready to hang - 2" deep cradled masonite as well - she (like ALL of my Faces of Faery) is 6"x6" an ORIGINAL acrylic painting. My Faces of Faery are all the same size & shape and look fantastic when displayed together with their sisters, if you are collector! Faces of Faery all feature beautiful faery-inspired creatures, and she is no exception. This one features a beautiful redhead with vibrant green eyes - this lovely fae creature peers out from the leaves - an intricate Celtic knot in stone by her side.... And yes, to give everybody a chance, she is starting at just ONE PENNY! She's up for a 7-day auction ending the evening of Monday, October 5th at 7:34PM Central Time, and you can see her here:

And here is "Faces of Faery 38" - This is the 38th in the series. Also ready to hang - 2" deep cradled masonite as well - she (like ALL of my Faces of Faery) is 6"x6" an ORIGINAL acrylic painting. This one is a very special piece as it features my Tin Girl from my very popular Wizard of Oz series! Many of you may be familiar with the Wizard of Oz collectibles (such as those I've done with the Hamilton Collection & Bradford Exchange, figurines, upcoming Ashton-Drake Dolls, personal check line, etc.) - I'm planning these little 6"x6" originals featuring all of my Oz girls, so stay tuned! And yes, to give everybody a chance, she is starting at just ONE PENNY! She's up for a 7-day auction ending the evening of Monday, October 5th at 7:38PM Central Time, and you can see her here:

Next - my Ceramic Tile Candle Sconces! Those of you who come to my conventions and art shows may be familiar with these - (or not, I always sell out fast!). Since you have been asking, I thought I'd start offering them online when I can as well. Tonight the new ceramic tile sconces feature my "Bleak Mourning" and my "Ghost of the Pumpkin Patch" paintings - each is a GORGEOUS ceramic tile reproduction of my painting - READY TO HANG! Each is a reproduction of my original acrylic painting on a 6"x6" satin gloss CERAMIC TILE. I've signed & dated them on the back. These are REAL ceramic tiles - NOT paper or decoupage or stickers - it is a PERMANENT heat dyed image. It will never peel off - it is permanently dyed into the tile itself. The frames are beautiful, cast iron scrolls - about 11"x11" in size. Hangs up with just a nail! Being a 6"x6" it would also look great displayed with my Faces of Faery. They will hold a tea light, or a votive candle, or even the new battery powered "candles" you see nowadays if you like. However, just to start you off - I will throw in a tea light as shown in the pictures! I plan on making more soon, with many different paintings of mine. Each tile sconce is up for a 7-day auction starting at one penny, ending the evening of Monday, October 5th at 6:00PM & 6:03PM Central Time and you can see them below:
