WHOA THAT IS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Such detail!!!
I want a doll of her & the bird-headed goblin--so cool!
Thank you Lisa! Oh my goodness, that would make a fabulous doll!
Wow, you really captured the essence of the Eliabethan dresses in this piece! I love how the goblins comprise the background... this makes for a stunning portrait! Great job!! :D
Thank you very very much! It's a nearly impossible dress - I couldn't imagine wearing something like that with so many jewels - eek!
Wow, Jasmine, that looks great! I like the different style of face you used on this character, and the monochromatic background. I love that little crow skull person at the left, especially. And her dress is very Renaissance splendoriffic!!
Thank you Renee!! I'm really happy with how it turned out. I almost thought about keeping it for myself =/ Well, at least it's getting lots of bids, lol.
Thank you Tina!
Your "ovals" are coming along beautifully, btw!
I love the "Green Man" goblin faces!
Thank you Annie! Green Men (GreenMans?) and goblins are two of my favourite things, I'm glad I could combine them aesthetically.
I'd agree - one of your best! The light reflecting on the dress embroidery is wonderfully done. Woo-hoo!
Thank you very much! I got lost working on that dress, I think I spent 10 hours just on that.
Look at the detail on that dress!!! Wow! I can see this hanging in some rich person's home easily! (I wish I was rich...lol). This is so beautiful, Jasmine, you should be really proud of it!!
Thank you Becca!
Hehe, I wish I was rich enough to afford not to sell it! I have to settle for a print too =/

Very nice, the detail and work in this painting is amazing, shows a more mature and serious side to you as artist, just brilliant :-)
Thank you so very much! Sometimes I like to go "all out" on a painting, just to see what I can do....
That's just gorgeous!!! I can't believe all the details!!! I love her eyes...btw...
Thank you Dawn! The cool thing about working on a painting this big is the amount of area I get to spend on the eyes - when they are so big I can put a lot of detail in them, they are usually my favourite part to paint.
Wow! That is gorgeous! How do you not smear the paint with your elbows and such while you paint???? I'm going to try to come see you at Avalon! Weeeee!
Woohoo! I hope to see you there - I'd like to meet you!
Actually, I had paint all over my elbows, hehe. Pretty much though I use a hairdryer to speed the drying time of each layer (they are fluid acrylics), and by the time they're dry I can lean on it if I need to.
WOW!!! Gorgeous!!!! & it's soooooooo huge!!! :D That dress is amazing :)
Beautiful dress!!!!!!!!!! Those goblins are scarey!!
Thank you Mom! Don't worry, they're good goblins!
You're absolutely right, this is one of your best!
And the detail, WOW. The colors are lovely too!
Thank you Heather! I'm so happy with how it turned out, I keep looking at it, hehe.
