I LOVE THE ICON! Woohoo that's awesome!
I just wanted to tell you that your website isn't available due to high traffic:( You may already know though! The home page is fine, but the others beyond that are giving the Homestead pages. I guess that's good you are so loved, but sad because I we can't see your lovely prints. My sister always tells me which ones are her favorites for her latest list! LOL
Hehe, just fixed it! Thank you for letting me know - does it work for you now?
Geez, I have had to upgrade my bandwidth account six times this year, I can't believe my traffic has increased so much, it's insane!
Turning out excellent. Hope you don't mind that I added you. Love the style, found you through elfies journal btw :)
Welcome to my journal! >^__^<
My LJ friends-list has become pretty overwhelming for me, so now I just mostly keep all my chatting and everything here on my own journal - it's not the most interesting journal I'm sure, lol, but I can guarantee lots of eye-candy!
yay for kachina and baby theodore visit. Me and brad couldn't believe how big he has gotten in the past year. Just totally blew us away-and he is soo dang adorable. (Brad says theodore is the most adorable looking kid he has ever seen and said he hoped our kid was at least half that cute...i dont think brad has seen alot of babies in his life but i will give him credit...theodore is cuter than alot of children)
have fun painting and getting ready for the impeding visit.
Thank you, Jillianne!
He's such a little gentleman too, hehe (well, most of the time!).
oh my gosh!! That painting is already looking amazing! WOW!
Thank you Lisa!!! >^_____^
Nice icon! And the nekked lady wow!!! She's getting nekkider and nekkider hehehe looking mighty good Jasmine! I need a Theodore pic fix :) Want to see if he is still a Jasmine look alike :D
Thank you, Erika!
Oh!!! I will try to snap some photos when he's here!
Jasmine, I know you work on canvas sheets but do you get precut sheets 18x24 and larger, or do you cut them yourself? I have been cutting mine (difficult to get straight). Any advice? Oh, I added you, but who hasn't? LOL.......
Hi Jenga!! Welcome to my journal!!!!!!
Since my friends list is already too long for me to keep up with (and still squeeze in painting, hehe) I don't really add to it any more and instead just get to know people and chat with them here in my own journal. It's the easiest way to keep up with me though, and I always post new art here of course! I very rarely do any kind of "friends only" type posts (only for family stuff really), so you'll have access to it all still.
For up to 18"x24" I buy sheets pre-cut (I always get Fredrix brand pads of the sheets - that's the only type that is actual canvas, those "canva-paper" pads are uber-crappy). For larger though, I cut them myself - I buy big rolls of pre-gessoed canvas up at MisterArt.com and use an exacto knife. Matt's building a frameshop in our garage and now there's a big nice table out there that I use for cutting, it's not so bad. The important thing is to get a ruler that is longer than the line you're cutting, and to use a sharp blade. I also use a right-angle ruler too to make sure my corners are really 90 degrees!
Your new icon is so incredible.
Have a good time with your family.
I can't wait to see the new one finished.

I am in for the prints! hehehe
Got the new prints yesterday. GREAT! I recommend them highly. When you new ones go up today I will be back. I was outbid on the 3 pieces. I wasn't home. :-(
What icon are they talking about?
Have a GREAT day!

Re: I am in for the prints! hehehe
Awesome!!! I'm so happy they arrived safe & sound!
Depending on the way you have your friends list set up it either shows my default icon all the time (the Blue Moon morphing one) or it shows my specific icon I'm using for that specific post - today for example I used my new Atlantis one (like in this comment).
It's coming out beautifully! From the webcam it looks so realistic I almost thought it was a photograph!
Thank you! Hehe, I guess that's a good sign!
Wow!! She looks lovely! Hehe! I'm glad your family is coming to visit. I bet Theo is so big!! I just look at how fast Angel has grown :) It goes so fast! I love your new icon!! LOL! Didn't I just say that yesterday ;) Promise me that if you do paint me that you'll make me a little morphing icon like that. Pretty Please!!! :D
Hehe, thank you Carrie!
Oh yes!!! When I paint you just remind me and I will make a morphing icon for you!!!
Did you know that you are the Art of the Day at EBSQ? I am sure a million people have told you by now ^^; they're featuring "Fairy in my window".
Yep yep! Saw it this morning - thank you!!! >^__^<
I always liked that little fairy - she's still one of my favourites!
Your painting is looking amazing. It looks like a photo of you!
Thank you, Heather! >^___^

cool painting (again) :D
Nice painting again. I saw you on your webcam, and it's a very nice piece. Reminds me a littlebit of that nymph you also made that is lying in the water, surrounded with floating flowers. I like that one. You have a nice way of choosing your colours.
As it happens, I am painting too at the moment. I was just taking a break and searching the internet for some cool artwork when I bounced upon your website. I love your paintings, we share the same interests; gothic and fantasy.
I am busy working on two illustrations for the fairytale 'Dumbelina'. I haven't been painting for ages because I work a lot with my computer. But as you said, it is fun work. I am an illustrator and I really enjoy my job. Being creative is all I could wish for.
Well, Love your work. I am really curious what this last piece will look like when finished. I'll keep an eye on your website.
Have a good weekend!
