Oof! What a sight that must be!
LOL!!!!! I can just imagine!!! My kitties go nuts when we have groups of little birds in our yard. Did you get a picture of them??? You could paint "the wild turkey fairy" riding on one of their backs ;) She could have a dress made out of feathers!! Hehehe! I made a post for you did ya see it? :)
They go crazy over the frogs and lizards that always crawl around on our windows too, lol!
Oh! Let me go look!
LOL! Tree frogs are the worst! Zoe will stand at the back door and jump straight up like 6 feet in the air trying to get one sticking on the glass door!! Silly Kitty!!!
Your so fast!! I just saw your reply!! and replied back ;) xoxoxoxox
LMAO... cat with such a peaceful name, shame Quan-Yin! LOL
They can be so funny when they try to "blow" themselves up to show how tough they are :)!
haha, Quan-Yin is a tiger!
Wild turkeys?!?! It's amazing how different the wildlife is in Florida from one area to the other. I guess it's because the state is so big.
They're crawling all over town, hehe. We're right up next to a protected wetland, so we get a lot of turkeys, deer, feral hogs, etc. Wild turkeys are so strange - they look like a pack of small dinosaurs, lol.
They're all over the darned place, hehe! Lots of animals here. We get those feral hogs too - they get about 5 feet long, with big tusks!
Wow, what a sight that must be. Turkeys are such funny looking creatures. :) LOL at Quan-Yin!!! I bet her mouth is watering from that tasty sight outside the window.
That's pretty cute. She'd run away I bet if she was actually out there with them!
hahaha...you should go take a pic of that! The only animals I get around my house are my neighbor's cats who like to poo in my garden and some baby squirrels and raccoons.
WEIRD!! Wild turkeys!!?? Cool!
My cat has charged the window to attack a DOG before!! We thought he was going to go through the window to get to it too!!
HAHA! you have a pack of wild turkeys and over here it's coyotes!! :) they are loud at night...howlin' like crazy!
lol film it. i dont think ive seen a wild turkey in the wild. not around here anyway
lol or is a wild turkey just a normal turkey thats in the wild?
They're a little different than the type of turkeys they raise on farms - more "preshistoric" looking. Kind of like dinosaurs almost, not as many feathers or as fat as a regular turkey, and they have long scaley legs. They're a little creepy sometimes - they go about in herds of 6-12 and aren't afraid of people at all.
woooah they sound fun i wanna see one
Our cat Yari whos the smaller of the two cats tries to pick fights with male deer in antler season and has chased foxes off our property lol
LOL!! we get those crazy birds around here, too. i see them wandering around the fields alot. ;) jerold and i were driving home one morning and i saw this big, greyish...thing...standing by the road. at first i thought it was a dog. then i thought maybe an emu had escaped from the emu farm near the interstate. but when we got close to it, i realized...it was a damn wild turkey. gobble gobble. o_O
Sometimes we get about six or seven wild turkeys in our back yard. We have had as many as six deer eating white acorns in the front yard.
jasmine...you are so cute...girl you've got it made..you have a beautiful talent, something you love to do..paint a beautiful picture and then in almost every post, you're off to get something to eat!! I ENVY YOU GIRL!! what a life!! i'm so happy for you...oh how i wish i had a talent like yours!! :) ~patty~
=) Hehe, that's because I always forget to eat when I work! I sometimes don't eat anything all day until after midnight, when I'm finally done with everything, lol. Part of Matt's job is making sure I remember to eat and drink, hehe!
