Last night was a lot of fun - we met my mom & family up at Epcot and had dinner at the Biergarten - man, that's a good restaurant. Beer, of course (I'm not a beer drinker, but I kind of have to there, lol!), wonderful soft pretzels and rolls with mustard and cheeses, all kinds of vegetables, fried potatoes, spaetzle (my favourite - German noodles), tasty German desserts, cucumber yogurt salad, spelt salad, tomato basil salad, rotkohl, etc. They really have a good selection of vegetarian stuff. We stayed for the fireworks - always a good show.|
We've been working on orders this morning - getting things out for another shipment as always. My family are up at the Kennedy Space Center and the beach area for the day while Matt & I work, lol. I'm getting ready to paint - you can watch me HERE as usual! I'm working on my "Ghosts of Mardi Gras" painting - it's a big 24"x18" piece - all purple green and gold, kind of creepy - ought to be pretty cool!
All right - off to work!
*is now famished*
LOL YUMMMMY food!
I wish I could watch you paint while I'm at work. :grumble grumble ...damn firewall...grumble: It sounds intriguing.
Ya!!! Your Mardi Gras piece last year is still one of my all time faves!! I can't wait to see this years piece!! :)
tell the fam. i said howdie. i am just chilling and about to run out and do some errands. hurray for something to keep my busy for about an hour.
As always, it's fun to watch you paint. I have the teeny window up here in my office at work.
I don't know if you saw this or not, but I think this MAYBE might interest you... artistsdirect
ooooh i watched you paint yesterday!
Why does the webcam page say"try downloading Yahoo IM if it still doesnt work"?
I have Yahoo IM...what does that have to do with the webcam?
I'm going to have to sneak a look on a friends pc, I bet. (:
Lol, because I get sometimes half a dozen emails of "Why can't I see your webcam?" questions every day, and 99% of the time, re-installing Yahoo Instant Messenger will fix the problem =) I use Yahoo Instant Messenger to broadcast, you see, and the viewing window software sometimes requires a plugin.
It does not work on Macs. As far as I know (and I have attempted every single webcam host found on google.com), there are no hosting companies that will allow the traffic I need, will work with my firewall, and will allow PCs & Macs both to view.
Well, fine then. You'll just need two separate webcams then. jk.lol
Hehe, well - you laugh, but I've actually considered it! Maybe some day.....
Hi Jas ^__^
Just out of curiosity, how many people do you usually get watching on the webcam? :)

Hi Steven! There are always at least some watchers - even overnight when the lights are off, lol - I think some people never leave the page. For peak times (like weekends, evenings, when I'm painting up a storm and people are home from work), often 20-30 people. If it's more than that it starts kicking people off - not quite sure how it works, probably a server issue. The more viewers I have also the fewer frames per minute it shows. So the jerkier the movement, the more people are watching.
I saw that you went to Gatorland! I THINK that is the place Paul's family took me too, since I love alligators! It was cool!
