Good morning!!! [Aug. 26th, 2004|12:09 pm]
Jasmine Becket-Griffith
I went off to the Post Office, to the bank, etc. I'm so happy - they've already cleared the fallen trees off of the boardwalks and paths I take to get to the posty from my house!!! I am impressed - I didn't expect them to get to that so quickly. Some of the railings on the boardwalks are smashed up, and of course there are downed trees on all sides, but it's clear enough to ride a bike =)

On the way I saw two alligators (smallish ones) and a wild turkey, probably 100 ibis birds, several great blue herons, thousands (at least hundreds) of lizards, a bunch of snowy egrets, a couple of woodstorks, and I forget what else - lots of critters!

Now I'm going to paint!!! You can watch me HERE!

I agree , sounds really nice in Florida, cept for the aligators!!
Over here in holland we have wild foxes and wild horses. When I was camping with my parents one winter, the fox pause went all around the hut, it was so cute.
Do aligarots eat humans?! hehehe. That is so scary. I woudl be to scared to go out. hehe.

It would be so much fun to live where you do!

I saw you use a bowl yesterday to make your circle! I am FOREVER searching the house for different sized circles to trace.

Hey Jasmine, I love the way your website turned out, but is there a reason I can't get into your "About Jasmine" page? I get a popup that says that page can't be found.(?)

Thank you Deanna!

Hmmm..... I just tried it - it seemed to work okay for me - on which page does the "about jasmine" link not seem to be working?

I keep trying it from your homepage-the message reads:
the file /about.html cannot be found. Please check the location and try again.
Hmmm... maybe it's just my computer? But the other links work fine:(

I want to move!

That sounds so beautiful. I get so excited to just see a heron now and then, and I've never seen a wood stork. What a nice trip to the post office.
