that is it!!!
I am moving to Florida! I need to be around all those little creatures. It must be nice to be surrounded by all those majikal things!
Sounds so cute! That's something we just don't get in the UK
I was fascinated by all those lizards when I spent some time in Tampa/Bradenton LOL My aunts' cats were fascinated as well ^~
Hehe, my cats LOVE those lizards - they are indoor kitties, but the lizards climb around on the screens of our windows and my cats just stare at them in awe!!!
I think when Squirt got out (the cat) he'd catch them and pop their tails off LOL They're so cute though :)
Their little tails fly off at the drop of a hat! It's a defense mechanism, and they grow back quickly. We had a pet iguana when I was growing up - one time he was startled and flipped his tail off at my dad! It grew back, but it was kind of lumpy and not quite the same colour....
Baby lizards! Baby alligator! Cute!
sorry I hate lizards and reptiles. We have a lizard get into the kitchen I freaked had to get a glass jar and bring him back outside my sister did it. Yuck.
Now horses I love any breed and cows. And dogs big ones terriers I had two.
Lol - you'd go nuts in my yard - I can see half a dozen sunning themselves right now from where I'm sitting!
Baby (&mommy) Alligator=Jodi running the OTHER way.
They scare the bageezus out of me!!!...
I'm with you on this one Jodi! ;) Well just the huuugeee things that can eat you that I am affraid of! How do you get used to seeing alligators just roaming free? As for crocodiles, those things can re-route their blood supply if they get injured, they're some kind of aliens, I tells ya! ;)

I have to admit, coming from the Midwest it was really kind of unnerving the first couple of times I saw alligators "in the wild" (or by the grocery store, more like it, lol). Locals didn't even give them a second glance.
Reptile Lover Here!!!!! Maybe next time you ship me a package a few of those little cuties could accidently crawl in and come visit me. :)
Aww!!! Maybe so!! ;) I love reptiles and amphibians - when I was a little girl I always did reports and independent studies in school on reptile/amphibian topics. I love having this much "nature" around me!!!
OOOH! Capture that baby alligator & send it to me!! I want it as a pet! (yeah, I know they get big....so what??!! hee hee) Hell, in that case, capture the mama alligator too, I'll take both, thank you!! I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE alligators! I have a picture of one that was in the newspaper from YEAAAAAAAARS ago that someone cut out & sent me...it always hangs on my office wall no matter where I work! :P
Me too!!! I love love love them!!! I wish they were friendly - I'd give them kisses!!!
Lol!!! I had no idea there were so many lizards in any one place! I suppose they help keep the bug population down too.
I didn't know either until I came down here - I couldn't believe it! They really do help with the bugs - even the baby lizards - by the sidewalk there was an anthill and one tiny lizard was just picking off the ants one by one as they came out, lol!
We do have moose here in Maine! They're so ugly they're cute! =)
When I was a kid spending summers in Texas at my grandma's my aunt(same age as me), my brother and a few of my cousins would catch baby lizards, bring them in the house to play then turn them loose out in the yard when we were done playing.
Awww!!! I love lizards! I'm guessing that people down there don't have them as pets since they are all over the place! LOL!! Too cool!
Jasmine. Thanks for the nice posts on my journal. Yippie!!! My first Journal friend.
wooow youre so lucky, we dont get alligators or lizards over herer :(
Yep...having lived in Savannah GA for 4 years, I know (from a friend's unfortunate experience) bothering baby alligators = furious and surprisingly fast momma alligator.
