Wow! [Jun. 26th, 2004|01:40 pm]
Jasmine Becket-Griffith
LiveJournal's actually working today, hurrah!

Yahoo has been a bit dodgy again, but my webcam should be back up now - you can watch me HERE on my webcam =)

I finished up The Crab and The Fox - I'll scan it in later tonight!

Now I'm working on a new original painting. So far I've got a black & green sky, and I'm trying to draw in a beautiful widow's walk/railing balcony thingy with a checkerboard floor. Right now I'm laboriously working with my trusty white watercolour pencil and metal ruler, attempting to pencil in the straight lines and everything, lol. I'm not sure how it's going to turn out - I'm thinking along the lines of my paintings like "Widow's Walk", "Absinthe Afternoon" or "The Magnificent Staircase" kind of thing. We'll see....

I've also been working on some new commissions, and I'll be finishing my other Aesop's Fables pieces soon too! Busybusybusy....

Be still my heart! The three paintings you mentioned above are all on my favorites list! Kind of wierd since none of them have wings! LOL I'm pretty excited to see another painting along those lines!! WOOHOO!!

On a sidenote, can you tell me where I can get the code from eBay that lists my originals? I want to embed it in my website. I looked for it last night, and I am lost. I just need to know how to look it up on eBay. I like the way that you and Delphine both have it displayed in your original's section. Thanks Jasmine!
