Morning. I am glad so happy you are feeling better.
Hi Jas!!!! I'm so glad you are feeling better :) Your mermaid painting is looking SO AWESOME!!!!!
PS: It's 75 degrees here :) BEAUTIFUL sunshiny day!
BTW: I'm doing Kansas' state profile right now ;)
you aren't in kansas though are you--so confused///
LOL nope, I'm in DC, but for my organizations website I've been working all month on each state in the US' profile! Right now i'm learning everything I could ever possibly want to know about Kansas ;)
kansas city is supposed to have like the most fountains anywhere...willa cathers came from kansas, and my husband knows a million other wierd facts about kansas. he is such a weirdo.
Oh man! If I could find out INTERESTING inof about the state I'd be in heaven! But NO, all I get to know is how much poverty, child abuse, unregistered voters, congress, etc... You know, all that junk ;)
The most fountains? LOL! Now THAT is cool!
Oh yes! Kansas City has a LOT of fountains - that part I've always liked about it! (Hehe, contrary to popular belief, Kansas City is in Missouri, lol!). There is a Kansas City in Kansas, but it's just a smaller suburb of the big Kansas City in Missouri!
Hehe, I actually did know that! I believe I've been to Kansas City, once, when I was a little girl!
So you lived in Missouri then and not Kansas? or is there half of the city in missouri and half in kansas?
I should know all this =\
Yep! Before becoming a Floridian, I always lived in Missouri (but was born in Kansas, on the Kansas side of the state line in Overland Park). The actual city (and most of the population) of Kansas City is in Missouri. It's right close to the Kansas/Missouri border though, so there are suburbs of Kansas City that are in Kansas (like Overland Park, Shawnee, Mission, Kansas City Kansas, etc.). It's actually pretty annoying - for example I lived in Missouri, but worked in Kansas, so I had to pay four taxes - Federal, Missouri State, Kansas State, and Kansas City tax, lol! It's easier here now - we just pay Federal (no state or city tax here in Florida!).
LOL.... what is going on? everything is around Kansas..... I think we should go to find a Wisard! LOL
Good! I was already worried yesterday.... (((HUG)))
