I finished her!|
Here she is:
Now, I'm going to go eat some dinner, and probably spend the rest of the evening updating my website with NEW PRINTS!!!!
Oh!!! What a cool book! I've always thought striped fabric has such a history behind it!
By the way, there's a lovely artist on my friends list who makes amazing fantasy masks and horns, and she makes wearable striped horns, just the like your fairy's - you can see her stuff at http://www.goblinart.com
OMG - Oh how cool!!! I can cosplay my own character, lol! Wow - I might bookmark that site - it looks like she has a TON of neat stuff!!
What a cutie! I love her smirk :) By the way, I hope your sister and nephew are doing well!
Ooooh! They are doing wonderfully! I can't wait until she gets settled in and starts posting cute baby stories here on LJ, hehe. I'm flying out to visit her in just two weeks - I can't wait to meet my little nephew!
Hee! I love this one! She is so cute! I love her little smirk and all the stripes! :D
Jasmine I love this piece! All those pattens seem to add a different a different touch to your usual style! Very eye catching and cool!
I think I will!!! I used to have terrible luck with selling monochromatic work, but I really don't care any more. I like to make sure that I'm painting what I like nowadays. And besides - I've gotten such a positive response on this one! I really like contrasting patterns - they're fun to paint too!
NICE! Very interesting composition and contrasts here. It almost reminds me of one of those "checker grids" I had to do in school. You know, where you have a drawing in which you overlay a juxtaposition of reversed black and white blocks according to what scheme was next to it? Pretty cool, dudette. HEHE!
Hey there! Beautiful work as usual! =) You know you need to have your new addition to the family pose for some little baby faerie paintings!!!! That would be SOOOO cute =) Then maybe you could even use some of the profits to buy baby toys for your little model ;)
She is adorable yet evil at the same time. She looks like she is up to something. I love her!
nice ambience with the colour Jasmine, something rather unsettling about it.
