Well, not really. I'm just kind of worn out (after exercising, I'm beat!). I've not been sleeping too well lately, and I think I'm going to kick back and read for the rest of the night rather than working any more. Argh - I feel bad like I'm taking the day off almost, but it's already after 9pm. I'm a tough boss =P|
I'll get plenty of painting in tomorrow though =) G'night!

While exercise is good for helping you sleep that night, it is better to do it in the morning than in the evening. If you do it in the evening, it can make you too alert for many hours afterwards.
