Back [Jul. 14th, 2003|03:51 pm]
Jasmine Becket-Griffith
I'm back from running a bunch of errands. Including two trips to the post office. The first trip I thought I had everything, but after that a Postman knocked on the door with a registered letter that was a contract I needed to sign and send out to a London publishing company asap, so I made yet another trip to the post office. Now, between 5pm and 10pm tonight the UPS man is supposed to come pick up some paintings that are going out UPS. It seems that way too much of my life involves mailing things...

I'm going to have some french fries for lunch - they should be finished soon. Then after that I'll begin painting.

mmmm ! french fries !

shipping can be a total freakout ... what i started doing is saving some special music, maybe something i haven't heard yet, and save it to play on shipping days ... specially when that shipping day is a doozy :-) ( french fries prolly don't hurt either lol )

Yeah, I only use UPS at the customer's request (some locations (especially businesses) ask that I use UPS. It was pretty easy this time though - I finally figured out how to print my own labels, and then the guy came to pick it up, so I didn't have to go to a drop box or anything.
