Matt & Kachina and I are going to go out and have fun today! I have some gift certificates and birthday money that are burning a hole in my pocket, hehe. I might get a new webcam - we'll see! Later this evening we have reservations at Boma which is an African restaurant which is a primarily vegetarian fancy buffet-style place at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. I can't wait!
I finished my Celtic painting last night - her name is "Edana" which means "Tiny Flame". There is some lovely Celtic knotwork around the piece too! I've set it up to list automatically on eBay (since I'll be out tonight) and the auction will go live at 7:15 pm Central time, starting at just one penny. You can't bid until that time, but here's the "pending" auction link: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3526084543&rd=1 You won't be able to see it until 7:15pm though, hehe.
Amber's wedding was wonderful! It was a beautiful ceremony - they wrote it themselves. It was in a gorgeous gazebo outdoors in a lovely rose garden. Chris had a very nice tuxedo - a mandarin collar and a green vest (the theme of the wedding was green ivy and white gardenia-like things, so it matched well) and Amber had a beautiful faerie-like dress that she and I designed ourselves! I can't believe how lovely it was. She had ivy in her hair and a bouquet she made herself, and her hair was down and long. The reception was awesome - Robin and Mom both made an incredible amount of food - there was an enormous vegetarian buffet with more than enough food for hundreds of people, hehe. We ate leftovers at my dad's house later. We stayed at Kachina's house while we were in KC, and we visited with everybody. We got to have brunch at my mom's house and catch up with a lot of relatives I don't get to see very often, as well as Annie (novemberhour) and her fiance Matt (callandor) and my other cousin Bradley, his fiancee Jillian, my cousin Sally (greenhoodloxley), Daniel, and everyone else!!!!! We also had a birthday party for me at my dad's house, which was a lot of fun, and I got some great presents =)
Ok - I've gotta go now!!!
