"Stilleven VI:  Het Portret"

Original Painting $7200 HERE, prints, Lt. Ed. Canvases for sale HERE

40"x36" Framed Original Acrylic on 24"x20" panel, original is HERE prints & Canvases from $9.99 all HERE
"Stilleven VI:  Het Portret" - painted for the Orlando Museum of Art's "Going Baroque" exhibit -  the sixth in a series of works I have planned that feature "deconstructed" elements of still lifes inspired by the Dutch master painters of the 1500-1600s, along with lovely girls, faeries & nymphs (of course!).   Stilleven is Dutch for "Still Life" and "Het Portret" means "The Portrait".  A lot of fun details in this one, all popular elements included in famous Dutch still lifes - some of the flowers are specifically based on Jacob van Walscapelle's floral still life (which was part of the Orlando Museum of Art's "Golden Age of Painting" exhibit shown concurrently with the "Going Baroque" event).

Limited Edition Canvases are 11x13", stretched & ready to hang, hand embellished by me in acrylic paints, numbered out of 25 and are $125.  You can order the Limited Editions at strangeling.com HERE by selecting the Canvas print option on the drop-down options menu, or by ordering on eBay HERE

Glossy Paper Prints are signed by me on the back, come in two sizes, and are on sale this week.  You can buy them at strangeling.com HERE or up in our StrangelingEmporium eBay store HERE for the 8x10s and HERE for the bigger ones.

Also in our Etsy store HERE

FRAMED Original Mini Painting is for sale HERE

A great way to start a collection or to add to a collection when you're running out of wallspace - my mini originals!  They always come ready-to-hang, this one is framed in a lovely ornate frame and is up for sale HERE Mostly I just bring mini paintings to live events and shows, but I'm making a specific effort to occasionally pop them up online now too.  Be sure to bookmark or follow my eBay Store to keep an eye out for new mini paintings as they pop up!

Jewelry NEWS

I'm very happy to announce that all our Etsy stores are now consolidated into one store - Strangeling - athttp://strangeling.etsy.com

Many of you know Matt's sister Sarah from "It's Fun to Be a Girl" on Etsy!  She makes a lot of lovely (and very affordable!) jewelry, keychains & other accessories from bottlecaps, beads and other fun stuff all featuring my paintings.  Then of course, many of you know my sister Amber who makes a lot of my other jewelry - cameo pendants, metal cuff bracelets, dogtags, etc.  After a bit of tinkering and sisterly meetings, we've consolidated everything all together into my usual Etsy store:Strangeling =)  Now no matter which JBG family member made it, you can buy it in one place.  MUCH easier, and better yet - you can save a lot on shipping as it's now all shipped together - you can even get my prints there too all in one shopping cart.  Check it out HERE - loads of artwork & new jewelry & accessories up there, all handmade by me & my sisters. The different jewelry & artwork categories are at the upper left hand corner - there is a ton of stuff up there! If you haven't been to Etsy before - definitely check it out.  Everything there is handmade by artists & crafters, there are some amazingly talented people up there and it's very easy & free to sign up =)
