|Anniversary! Also new Original painting, Strangeling Frame, DOGTAGS, new Sale prints, etc......

Today is my 10th wedding anniversary!|
To be honest we don't really celebrate our actual wedding anniversary that much (we just paid $50 at the courthouse, we'd already been together for awhile so it's not the most important milestone for us, hehe). We mostly celebrate our March 2nd anniversary (that's the one that's more important, first date/meeting in real-life, we were an internet couple!) which will be our 12th anniversary, whee!
We'll probably go out and do something though. I'd wanted to go to the Nelson Atkins Museum of Art (fantastic art gallery in Kansas City) since we're up in that part of the country right now, but I'd forgotten it was Monday (closed). And apparently it's closed on Tuesdays now too (what the heck?). So that will have to wait.
In the meantime while Matt's at the Post Office, I thought I'd tell you all about the new art stuff I have available! Also I should shortly have some new Disney news, which I will divulge as soon as I possibly can, hehe.
Lots of great stuff today! I have a new original framed Rococo Portrait painting today called "Butterflies in My Hair", as well as a new Day of the Dead "Strangeling Framed" panel of "Angel de los Muertos," SALE Prints for "Kali," "Lady with a Bosch Egg," and "Mechanical Angel II". AND I have a couple of BRAND new never-before-seen "dogtag"/ID style pendants for sale too (Wizard of Oz, faeries, etc.)! They're selling fast though, I'll have to make more soon, hehe =)
"Butterflies in My Hair" is the new original painting - acrylics on a masonite panel - READY-TO-HANG - and FRAMED in a gorgeous solid wood ornalte golden frame. It features a Rococo portrait style princess with big beautiful eyes and glorious vibrant butterflies Framed she is 16" high by 14" wide. She is up for sale on eBay in my eBay store at a fixed price (or hey, make me an offer using eBay's "Best Offer"!) - and you can see her here:

Next I have a new STRANGELING FRAMED wood panel reproductions of my "Angel de los Muertos" painting. VERY very cool, I have hand cast this sculptural frame myself and painted it all with a lovely silver patina. Tiny figures of my big eyed characters stand out in 3-d holding skulls, voodoo dolls, etc. with other skeleton/ Day of the Dead ornamentation. Gotta see this one! The panel is a dye reproduction on MDF/wood of my Angel, and is archival and lightfast permanent. Framed she measures 8" high by 6" wide and is ready-to-hang, starting at just ONE PENNY on eBay for a 7-day auction ending the evening of Sunday January 4th at 6:37PM Central time - you can asee her below:

Kali Sale Prints - since it was a long, unusually shaped original painting - the prints are long and tall as well, available only in one size - 4.5" wide and 18.5" high - only $20:

And now - for the NEW NECKLACES! I have two brand new Dogtag/ID Tag pendant necklaces. Each is a 2"x1.25" metal (aluminum) pendant featuring my artwork on BOTH SIDES! These are extremely durable - one solid piece, the image is permanently heat-set into the aluminum tag itself, no glue or decoupage, these can be worn every day. One new pendant has "Off to See the Wizard" on one side, and "Dorothy and Toto" on the other side. The other one has "Dark Ribbon Fairy" on one side, and "Bat Wings" on the other! Since these are handcrafted, I'm listing them on Etsy.com - Etsy is a site for artists to sell their handmade goods, that's where I put my more "crafty" stuff when I have it. Etsy is FREE to register, it only takes less than a minute, and is even easier to use than eBay (everything is a fixed price, you just buy it and checkout!). Some of these are selling already, so they may go fast. If you guys like these, I will definitely make more!! To see ALL the dogtag necklaces, click below:
