holy cow! a lady of shallot guitar! that's so cool! O.o
hey.. this is off topic but, whatever happened to that oil painting you were working on awhile ago? do we get to see it? ;)
It is a gorgeous guitar, I love it!
Oh, lol - that one met with a little accident involving paint thinner >___< - hopefully I can salvage it after it dries out. We shall see.....
I went and bought a guitar stand that holds 3. I have 2 electrics and 1 acoustic. I'm buying a cello on Friday too!
Thank you Shannon! It is a great sounding guitar too, and it fits in my hands, I am thrilled!
OMG that is SUCH a beautiful guitar!! It makes my fingers itch to play! I played from the time I was 12 yrs old, and for graduation from high school I got an electric. I still have my acoustic but it's not really playable anymore. I always had the same problem as you, I have incredibly small hands, and bar chords were so hard for me, and people used to tell me I couldn't play (mostly guys), then I'd start to play and they'd shut up...lol. Gosh I miss it. Congrats on your new baby, it's BEAUTIFUL and I bet it sounds like heaven!!!
It does sound heavenly - it is such a great guitar, I love it!!
You will LOVE your Luna guitar, Jasmine! I bought mine a little over a year ago and I just adore it. It keeps its tune beautifully, it has great tone, and is a dream to play. I have the olive green one with the Grimshaw fairies on it.
Oh! I almost picked that one, lol - I didn't know if I wanted the Grimshaw, or the Mermaid, or the Lady, and eventually picked the Lady, since that has always been one of my favourite poems and paintings.
It is a beautiful guitar, so well-crafted, and it has a wonderful sound.
The guitar looks nice, I'd be interested to hear your impressions of the sound (well, by which I mean your thoughts on it, heh). I've got my eye on a Seagull acoustic. That's my favorite, though I recently was given a Martin/Sigma acoustic with a teensy bit of damage to the shell, and I like it pretty well.
I honestly didn't know you played, or at least didn't remember. Nifty!
It really is a great guitar! I've never had an acoustic before, I was always electric - I prefer the sound of acoustics though. I had problems in the past holding and playing acoustics because my dad's acoustic was huge - way too big for me, and that turned me off. Then when I saw the Luna line with the "made for girls" sizing, lol - I knew I needed one!
I haven't played for ages, so I've got to teach myself a few things again, but I'm remembering it all pretty quick. Gotta get back my finger callouses though.....
You have got me all pumped up for Mega-Con. *Giggles*
=) I'm sorry you weren't able to make it out, we missed you!!!
That custom thing is such a cool idea!
They are a lot of fun for me!!

I was watching Miami Ink last night and I saw a woman getting your painting "La Finestra Verde" tattooed on her back. It didn't really do your artwork justice, if you ask me.
Congrats on the guitar. My stepfather makes acoustic guitars in his spare time. He's sold about 5 already.
But anyways, have a good Valentines Day!

Lol - I saw that!! I was changing channels around, and then voila - "La Finestra Verde!!!". Nutty! I thought it was funny that they were complaining about having to tattoo faeries, but then later that same episode they talked about how they liked doing angel tattoos. I yelled at them "They're both pictures of girls with wings, geez!"
