I think I've read in your LJ that you have gone to Disney World a few times, and living in the area you are probably pretty knowledgable on top of it. Kurt and I are going to Disney World for Valentine's Day. Do you have any hotel recommendations for hotels in the park that don't cost freaking $250 a night like The Contemporary? I couldn't believe that when we looked it up. I hope you don't mind me asking, I know you are pretty busy.

Hi Amanda! Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner!

We go to Disney about once a week, sometimes more, lol. I'm pretty much an expert! I love all of the Disney hotels at Disney World itself - I've stayed at almost all of them, even though I live across the street. You might want to call 407-939-6244 (Disney World Reservations) and ask them if they are running and Florida Resident Discounts (they often are).

I've stayed at Disney's "Budget" hotels - the "All Star" and "Pop Century" resorts for as low as $59 with Florida Resident Discounts and they are actual Disney resorts on Disney World property so you can take Disney transportation everywhere. They are clean, fun, Disney-owned, and usually just as cheap as the crappy roadside motels on the highway.

The "Moderate" Disney resorts are great too - I've stayed at all of them, Caribbean Beach, Port Orleans/Riverside, and Coronado Springs. They're usually $100-$150 depending on the season and resident discount.

I always recommend staying at Disney itself like that because it's nicer, easier, and usually comparatively priced to the other hotels around.

And of course the "Deluxe" Disney resorts like the Polynesian, Contemporary, Animal Kingdom Lodge, Boardwalk, Animal Kingdom Lodge, Grand Floridian, etc. etc. etc. are great too, but they ARE a lot more expensive ;P

Weird! It seems to be working okay on the computers I've tried (and it looks like they're selling a lot to others, hehe). Do you have some sort of odd anonymous browsing option on your browser?

Or you can just try going to art.com and searching "Jasmine Becket-Griffith" - that should bring up the same stuff =)

I recently just bought a print off of you from ebay for my friend for her bday on the 3rd. so Im hoping I get it soon *G* were hugeeeee fans of urs...and me and my sis just got tats of ur trick fairies..well hers is finished...mine is gonna be done soon...I should send for ur fan tat collection if u want, my friend sara is getting the colored version, I got shaded cuz of my skin disease, color wont stay :/, bummed really, anywho decided to write ya cuz I love your work...and do u charge to do pictures of people? cuz Id love one of me.....thx much
