Wow, incredible detail Jasmine!
Oh she is absolutely lovely! ^_^
I need some fine tip brushes too so i can start painting again.
All my brushes are ruined... i used them so much last summer lol
Ur painting is very beautiful and what beautifil detail.
Thank you Heather!
I go through so many brushes, at least 20-30 a month - I use them so much!
Woo hoo, I love her, she's really gorgeous Jasmine! The family crest is a really nice touch, I can't believe all the details. I can imagine it's really something to see in person. You always come up with the most fascinating subjects!
Thank you so much Michelle! I am so in love with this painting!
Ooooh, lovely! Blood Countess is my very favorite BPAL scent, so I'll probably need one of these too ;)
Thank you very much!
Oooh! I have an imp of that one -I should have worn it when I painted this, lol.
Oooh! Fabulous details! I am really looking forward to seeing an original of yours up close so I hope you're bringing some to DC! :)
Yep yep! I definitely will be!
Of course, that is stunning!
Wow, she is just terrific, she has such an innocent yet, hungry look to her....and those all those details make my hand ache just to look at them. The time that must have took.
Thank you very much!
It's true, I kind of wore my hands out with this one!
Wow. So detailed. I would have gone bonkers on that one. Beautiful though!
Hehe, thank you! I did go kinda nuts working on her!

Wow! All of those details would have sent me insane!
Hehe, I did go a little bit crazy! (But then again, I was more than a little crazy to begin with....) =P
thanks for sharing the story along with the picture. It's looking gorgeous. She has a wicked strage face indeed
She is beautiful! I can't get over all of the fine detail. Love her eyes.
Thank you Shelley! The eyes are my favourite part too.

if she will be available as one?
Oh yes, she will definitely be available as a print very soon!
wow, Jasmine! You have truly outdone yourself! Wonderful!!!!
>^___^< Thank you very very much!!
Ohh the details are gorgeous.
Your latest paintings remind me very much of Malcom Brown (not sure about the spelling) a new-ish artist on Epilogue who I just LOVE!!!!!!
Do you know who I mean.
She looks great though, but her eyes look way too innocent for such a cruel woman haha.
Thank you Lindy!
I just took a look at Malcom's gallery - some good stuff there - he looks very talented, but whoaaaa - a LOT of his art (at the bottom of his gallery at least) looks directly like James Christensen's paintings - like almost identical - here is James Christensen's work to compare, he is one of my favourite artists:http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&q=james%20christensen&sa=N&tab=wi
Extraordinary fine detail Jasmine, but then I didn't expect anything less from you.
Thank you David!
(pssst - keep that TB away from me! ;P
Whoah! Looks liek someone's been taking mass quanities of belladonna :). Heh heh. It's great!
Ha! Totally! When I was scouring the net for physical descriptions of her, there were several mentions of her eyes being quite large, and references to them as being "deep black pools" with glitters of gold....
She's incredible!!! All the detail is mindboggling!!!! ;-)
Thank you very much Toni!!!
Ooh her eyes are something awesome. Great job. :) Whee.
Ah I remember that tale, she'd lure farmgirls in with the promise of maids jobs would she, and they'd come from so far away that it was a long time before anyone missed them? I can't remember what happened to her in the end though, whether she was executed or locked up in her house forever...
Beautiful painting, you've definately captured her creepiness :)!
Thank you so much!!
Yep! Eventually she "graduated" from farmgirls to some girls from noble families, and that's when people started catching on. She was walled up in a room in the castle with a slot to put food through, I think she lived there for a few years before she died.

"Arrival of the Damned"
I just wanted to let you know I bought your Arrival of the Damned print off of ebay just now. It's amazing. All of your artwork is beautiful. I'm still trying to get the money together to turn the Fairy Queen Titania into a tattoo backpiece!!

Just a sudgestion
Well all of ur artwork is awesome but just as a sudgestion u could make a sad fairy one whos been crying kind of deal, i like to look at certain fairys depending on my mood and everyone feels sad sometimes.
Thank you very much!
Thank you also for the suggestion - I don't think I've painted a fairy who was actually crying yet, so maybe I will!
