Hi everyone!
Some news & info for you tonight - firstly I'll be out of town next week and had some important information regarding orders & shipping, then secondly I wanted to let you know about my new line of Ked Shoes up at Zazzle (these are gorgeous!). Also Zazzle is running a SALE on shirts for this weekend only, and I wanted to give you the discount code!
Yes - Matt & I will be out of town (camping and exploring ancient ruins), and AWAY FROM THE COMPUTER! However, none of the original art auctions I'm running (for the original paintings or ACEO cards) will be affected - so please bid! Orders already paid by July 5th at noon EST will have already shipped, no worries! We'll be shipping out at the crack of dawn Monday before we leave, so you need to get any payments in by noon on Sunday.

Okay - now on to the new stuff! First off - the new JOURNALS! These journals are gorgeous - almost like a resin statue that is a journal (if that makes sense!). These are made by Pacific Trading and are available NOW on their website (they will ship next month, so get your order in now!). There are five designs - "Fairy Voodoo," "Devilish Fairy," "My Three Kitties," "Bat Wings," and "Mermaid of the Deep". Each journal is hand painted resin on the front, and each comes with a free matching pen for you to write with! Wonderful for journals, address books, spellbooks, etc.! Next are the new STATUES from Pacific Trading. These are very different in one BIG way - they are MUCH larger (more than twice as big) as my other Pacific Trading figurines/ornaments from my Strangeling series. Basically they have taken five of my most popular Strangelings ("Poppy Garden," "The Secret of Notre Dame," "Red Ribbon Fairy," and "Golden Guitar Fairy," - and they have made them twice as tall and have sculpted them with more detail (the wings on "Notre Dame" are a whopping 9" wide, making it one of my largest statues to date). Rather than being the hanging ornaments as in the Strangelings series, these are more along the lines of STATUES that are made to sit on a shelf, or display, or knicknack wall, etc. These are fantastic! I'm back from the Ozarks, had a great time visiting my family down there. I'm back with my paintbrush in hand though of course and I have TWO brand new original paintings for you - the next two in my "Faces of Faery" series - "Faces of Faery 20" and "Faces of Faery 21"! Hi everyone!

First off is the new original painting - "Golden Mermaid" is the title - such a delicately beautiful painting - I love her so much. She looks a little sad - she needs a hug! Subtle pinks, violets and turquoises reflect in the sea around her - an approaching (or is it departing?) storm in the distance..... | Eve Triptych - Folding Gothic Triptych - ORIGINAL Painting, ACEO Cards & New Shirts! |

Hi everyone!
I have a brand new original painting for you - possibly one of my best masterpieces to date - and it is a huge FOLDING TRIPTYCH (altarpiece style) called "Eve Triptych"- an amazing frame by Matt -and in addition I have new ACEOs and some new T-Shirts available! (Pssst - new T-shirts include "Little Miss Muffet" and "Snow White and Her Animal Friends"!). The original painting & ACEOs are all starting at a penny. This is a particularly wonderful update tonight, so be sure to scroll down to see everything!
First off is the new original painting - (or THREE original paintings actually - all in one!) - this truly is a masterpiece! The most impressive collaboration between me & my husband Matt so far! For those art history buffs, this is my first FOLDING TRIPTYCH - done in the medieval altarpiece style. In the past, many churches would have folding altarpieces that they would unfold on Sundays or on holidays to display the painted interior. This is one done in high Gothic style - a solid wood triptych (three paneled painting) first cut & carved by my lovely husband Matt - and then finished by me in an antiqued gold leaf finish. It is THREE original paintings in one - medieval/spiritual iconography - it features a saintly woman on the left panel holding a scroll, a skeleton/memento mori on the right panel, and a beautiful maiden in the central panel holding an apple. Holding true to the altarpiece theming of the creation, I've called it "Eve Triptych". And yes indeed - it has hinges and folds closed easily - it is way cool. We're very proud of this one! A whopping 34" high at the central apex and about 20" wide when extended. I've never done anything quite like this before - please do check it out! All ready to hang - this can truly make your house look like a Gothic Cathedral or a fine art museum! Original acrylic painting on solid wood with gold leaf and metal hinges. I've finished the frame with the gold leaf. After I finish the actual PAINTING part of it, hehe, Matt will add the hinges. I want it to be a traditional "folding" triptych in the altarpiece style - so the wings will fold in and close too! How cool is that?

First off is the new original painting - "Little Miss Muffet" is the title - the latest in my long-running Fairytales series. Some of you may remember the other Miss Muffet I painted about 8 years ago - I thought I'd paint another one since I'm a better painter now, hehe. This one is BRAND NEW - Little Miss Muffet - sitting on her tuffet - (or in this case by some creepy vines) - and the SPIDER (who in this case wouldn't really scare anybody - he's too cute!). What a fun painting! She is 16"x20" - an original acrylic painting on 2" thick cradled masonite - READY TO HANG - GALLERY STYLE - NO FRAME NEEDED - and is up for sale on eBay - a ten day auction starting at ONE PENNY with no reserve - yes, a penny - ending on the evening of Sunday June 28th 7:17 PM Central Time- you can see it here (go see this one, really it's cute & pretty!):

Next up - new merchandise in my Zazzle store! Some of my favourite paintings are now available on T-Shirts and totebags too! These are GORGEOUS! And also.... ALL OF THE SHIRTS are available in all sizes (up to 6x), are available for both men and women (even babies and children) and all colours (look at the preview though to get a good idea of how they look on different colours - some go better than others). It's quite simple - if you see a painting you like on a shirt, even if the picture shows a young lady wearing that painting on a red shirt, you can then click the "Select a different shirt style" link and switch it to men, or child, etc. Then pick the style of shirt - like tanktop, sweatshirt, V-neck, etc. Each style of shirt has different size & colour options. Some only go to XL, but some go to 6x so keep looking if you want bigger sizes. Some are pastel or light colours and some are dark colours. The price varies a lot - you might get the shirts cheaper than the listed price if you pick a different style, etc. Same with the totebags - they come in different sizes & styles, you get to customize them yourself! | TONS of new T-Shirts - getting ready to go to Kansas City |

Today was spent mostly getting our hard drives and other files backed up - getting ready to go visit family up at our little house in Kansas City tomorrow. For those of you not in the loop, Matt & I built a little secondary home/studio to use as a painting & shipping center when we're up there visiting family. Our main house of course is here in Florida, but we go visit our families a lot up there so we had to build another house! Luckily having the little house means I don't even have to stop painting for more than a day, with never any delays in shipping or orders =)
While I was waiting for the computers to do their thing today, I created several dozen new shirts up in my Zazzle store! I have been SWAMPED by you folks asking for different pictures on shirts & other products. Don't worry - this store is a work in progress, and tons more things will be added on a daily basis.

| New Strangeling Framed Original Painting - Pale Green Eyes - Zazzle Update |

Hi everyone!
GREAT news tonight - firstly I have a brand new original painting for you tonight - "Pale Green Eyes" - a GORGEOUS piece with a brand new "Strangeling Frame" - and it's a more-improved Strangeling Frame too.... because it's all solid wood! No resin or plastic - one single piece of solid wood. Matt has done a phenomenal job making the frame - you have to see it! And also in very exciting news, I have started a ZAZZLE store with many new and customizable products - T-shirts (you get to pick the colours, style, size, etc.!), postcards, buttons, stickers, skateboards, mugs, mousepads, US Postage stamps, and more. I've created a lovely assortment of my paintings on all the merchandise (Zazzle ships all over the place too, including the UK, Canada, Australia, etc. for my overseas fans). TONS more stuff will be added soon too.
All righty - "Pale Green Eyes" is the title of the new original - "Pale Green Eyes" - a portrait of a delicate beauty of a mermaid with pale, almost glowing green eyes and dark hair..... This is the ORIGINAL PAINTING itself. She's an acrylic painting on a circular masonite panel. Framed she measures 16" wide by 9" high. I am VERY proud of this original picture frame. My husband Matt made it out of a SINGLE PIECE of solid poplar wood (environmentally selected). The frame is very ornate, SOLID WOOD - no plastic or resin/foam - this is all wood. Two of my mermaids are carved at the bottom to make the base, with and ornate circular frame. The frame is all one solid piece. One of the most beautiful picture frames I've ever seen (I'm so proud of Matt!) I have finished the frame with antiqued copper & patina finish. Check out the pictures! This is an ORIGINAL PAINTING - not a print of any kind! Matt has added a hanger on the back, so it is READY TO HANG! She's up for just ONE PENNY on eBay for a 10-day auction ending the evening of Wednesday, June 24th at 6:14PM Central Time, and you can see her below:

I finished my commission so after I finish exercizing I'll be painting for myself today! I'll try posting a few in-progress shots while I work. Mostly in my Mobile Uploads folder on Facebook (easiest for me) but probably a couple here too =)
Baby Fox still hasn't been born yet! Could be any minute now!
Matt made me this lovely solid wood Strangeling frame (out of poplar wood - all one piece!) in his workshop - so whatever I paint today will be going in here! I've started putting a neat patina/copper leaf finish on it, but here's how it looked bare:

Hi everyone!
I have a brand new painting for you tonight - "Masquerade of Moths" - a GORGEOUS piece with a brand new "Strangeling Frame" - and it's a more-improved Strangeling Frame too.... because it's all solid wood! All righty - "Masquerade of Moths" is the title - a beautiful fairy maiden with her moth wings & moth friend, going to the masquerade ball. A Rococo flair - beautiful dress, subtle colours - I love her! She's an original acrylic painting on a masonite panel. Framed she measures 15" high by 9" wide. I am VERY proud of this original picture frame. My husband Matt made it out of a SINGLE PIECE of solid poplar wood (environmentally selected). The frame is very ornate, SOLID WOOD - no plastic or resin/foam - this is all wood. One of my fairy faces is carved at the top, with ornate details.
